We have thought for a long time that the care you take with your customers, that extra mile you go to get your customer just what they want, is the root to your customers coming back to you time and time again.
We also believe that most of us like to help others anyway, however, for us, there is nothing more empowering than to hear a customers say something to us that makes it clear to us that we are an excellent provider of customer care.
I personally know what it means to me when someone makes that extra effort for me. The other day I was in a book shop and one of the staff came up to see what I was looking for. they didn’t just point in the direction and say look over there…. they took me to where the product might be and stayed to help me find it… chatting to me with a friendly smile…..I felt good and as I left with my purchase I thanked her for her attention to me. Smiles were exchanged and I know I will seek her out again…so, Customer Care…….
it gets a 10 out of 10 when it comes to what it is worth and……its not even hard to do.
